PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING A REGISTRATION REQUEST.
By submitting a registration request for the Padova Pole Vault Convention (the “Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, each participant included in the registration.
Event Organization
The Event is organized by: CORPO LIBERO S.S.D.R.L. (the “Organizer”).
The operational management of the Event, including communications and technical administration of registrations, is carried out by Sport & Marketing srls, acting on behalf of the Organizer.
Registration and Participation
Submitting a registration form constitutes a request to participate in the Event. Registration is considered confirmed only after receipt of the participation fee and the corresponding confirmation communication. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject registration requests at its discretion.
Participation Fee and Cancellation Policy
Participation fees are refundable until 23:59 (CET) on 22 February 2026.
After this date: refunds are no longer available; it is possible to request a conversion from in-person participation to virtual participation, subject to availability and without any refund of the price difference.
Registrations are personal and non-transferable.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or with the rules established by the Organizer, its venues or partners may result in exclusion from the Event without refund.
Age Categories
Participants registered under the Under 30 category must meet the age requirement at the time of the Event. Participants are considered Under 30 if they have not yet reached the age of 30 on the date of the Event.
Participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria may be required to pay the difference corresponding to the applicable participation category. Failure to regularize the participation fee may result in denial of access to the Event.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in pole vaulting and related activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness or property damage. By attending and/or participating in the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and accept full responsibility for your own conduct and safety, as well as for any participant under your responsibility.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for injuries, damages or losses resulting from participation in the Event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Health and Medical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet all health and medical requirements necessary to participate in the Event, including possession of a valid medical certificate for competition, where applicable under Italian regulations. Participants authorize the provision of emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the Event.
Right of Image and Publicity
By attending the Event, participants grant the Organizer the right to capture and use images, video and audio recordings taken during the Event for informational, promotional and communication purposes related to the Event, in compliance with applicable laws.
Code of Conduct
Participants agree to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times during the Event.
Any conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate by the Organizer may result in immediate exclusion from the Event without refund.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a registration request, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
