From convention participant to speaker!
His growth is the result of careful study and commitment to learning the secrets of pole vaulting. In just a few years, he has led athletes such as Riccardo Klotz to the European Championships in Munich 2022 and Magdalena Rauter to win the EYOF 2023 and become the U20 vice world champion in Lima.

Thomas Neuhauser’s career in athletics began very recently. In 2018, he completed his first basic course as an athletics coach. From then, he began a training journey that took him all over Europe, from Switzerland to Italy and Germany, to the best coaches on the continent.
In a short time he has reached the top of European athletics and more. He is the coach of Riccardo Klotz (5m65), 7-time Austrian champion, Balkan Indoor Champion, competing at the European Championships in Munich 2022, and Magdalena Rauter (4m20), U20 national record, European Youth Olympic Champion in 2023 and silver medallist at the U20 World Championship in Lima in 2024.
Since 2024, he is the Austrian pole vault national coach.

Participants who have purchased the ‘Under 30’ ticket and do not meet the criteria will have to pay the difference in price for the standard ticket. Those who do not complete the integration will not be entitled to access the event.
How will it work for the new edition?
Convention will be held as last year both in-person and online.
It will be possible to participate in only one day of the convention depending on which discipline you are most interested in (high jump/pole vault), or both days. When purchasing your ticket, you will be able to indicate whether you also want to participate in the competition on 4 January. In the tickets page you can find all info about prices and details.
To participate in the competition at the moment, you need to buy a ticket to the convention. When purchasing your ticket, you will be asked whether or not you want to participate as an athlete in the 4 January competition. Pre-registration for the competition only will be opened later.
