Registration Form
Please fill in the registration form below to submit your request to take part in the event. Submitting the form does not complete the registration but represents a request to register.
Payment Process
After we receive your registration request, you will receive an email with all the necessary information to complete the payment of the participation fee.
Registration Confirmation
Once the payment has been received, your registration will be confirmed.
You will then receive a confirmation of registration together with the participation receipt.
Participation Options
Registration options are defined according to the participation format (in person or virtual), the duration of attendance (one or two days), and the participant’s age category.
In Person
If you choose to attend the convention in person, you will need to select the appropriate in-person registration option, based on the number of days you plan to attend and your age category.
Virtual
If you prefer to attend the event remotely, you will need to select the appropriate virtual registration option, based on the number of days you plan to attend.
2 Days
If you plan to attend both days of the convention, please select the 2-day registration option.
Single Day
With the 1-day registration option, you can choose which day to attend: Saturday or Sunday morning.
